What is the difference between love and infatuation?

I would say, when you can't explain why it is that you feel strongly towards someone that that could be infatuation. Many people may not have an answer in their head when someone asks "why do you love him/her?" but if you actually feel stumbled by your attraction to someone, and especially if logic tells you you shouldn't be, then I would call that infatuation.
