At 24 miles, you should be able to get all the local channels with a good quality antenna. At 24 miles, an indoor antenna probably won't be good enough, though; you will probably need a medium sized outdoor antenna. If the transmitters are not all in the same general direction, you will need to install an antenna rotor.
