I have random pain!!! HELP ME... IDK WTF IT IS!!!?

i have these pains on my chest ( im a guy) and there not like nipple or pains.. its like someone stabing me in the chest ,,, sometimes it on where my heart is, in that area, or sometimes on my right side,,, tooo random,, sometime it doesnt happen for like 3 months , sometime 4 times in one day ,, i use to say ***** it, but it hurts, ..!! when it happens and i try to breath it hurts more.. it lasts like 4 seconds, sometimes like 10... sometimes when i play sports, or laying on my stomach on my laptop,, or jst chillin with friends..... i saw a doctor about it and when i told him this.. he just kinda looked at me like they do in south park,, and he was like hmmph.............help me,,, PLEASE AND THANk YOU
