Why is terrorism tolerated in Topeka Kansas with the Westboro Baptist Church ?

This is just a band of terrorists using religion to exercise doctrines of hate . Not to mention , contributing to the delinquency of minors . I was appalled to find children being used to hold vulgar signs promoting these warped degenerates that feed on hate .
