Would tat really be consider as true friendship?

i was acting very Bitchi to my best friend, so i told her sorry, but she didn't accept it. so then she told me i had changed alot so i was like "it's emmanuel's foult (MY LUV)" (i was just jk) so then my luv get's mad at me, and i stared crying cuz he was mad at me, so then my friend laughs and tries to giv my luv high-five cuz she he made me cry but he just turned and told her to go to hell! so then my guy said he was sorry and tat he loved me, and now my and my luv think she just did tat to get us mad at each other, but i don't really know! wat do yall think? is that friendship, or is she just anothr jealous *****?
