Petsmart vet clinic wellness plan for cats?

As a vet goes it really depend on which locating and what veterinarian you deal with like any other clinic. but what is to stop you from just using them? Why do you need to buy the plan, I have many clients who have done the same and not too many of them are happy with the outcome when they needed the coverage. Not able to go into exact detail but lets just say if you call around for prices you may find that even with the "DISCOUNTed" services they offer with the plan you could have went other places for same price or most time even less. The plan may cover a lot things but my experience was it does not cover things in full you still end up paying for "other" charges that end up being more than the original service would have cost at other clinics?
