Whu dus my cat snub her nose at certain cat foods, but licks her bottom clean?

Ya, my cat is the same. She WILL NOT eat the healthier cat food I've gotten her, but wow, her sure tastes good, and goldfish crackers, and my apple danish, and cheese, but no not the good cat food! (She likes to sneak food when I'm not paying attention. She's worse than a dog.)
